Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to "you" or "your" mean the individual player accessing the heybazi platform.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering an Account on the heybazi Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has already been opened. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
Important Notice
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator. Please ensure you have read all sections carefully. If you have any questions about their meaning or application, contact our support team at support@heybazi before registering or depositing funds.
These Terms apply to all services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey), live casino games, slot games, specialty games (Bingo Fishing, Super Keno), and any promotional offers or bonuses.
Eligibility & Registration
To register and maintain an Account on heybazi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. heybazi strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary evidence of age at any point. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
- You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming activity of the type offered is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation.
- You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual consumer and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for another person.
- You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, including heybazi.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
- You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of the Operator or any affiliated company.
Each Player may register only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts — whether in your own name or under different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances and pending withdrawals.
During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. heybazi is not responsible for failed communications, missed withdrawals, or other losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
KYC Verification: heybazi reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address — at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal access pending verification.
Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. heybazi will never ask you to disclose your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If any heybazi representative requests your password, treat the communication as fraudulent and report it immediately.
You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account, including:
- Choosing a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
- Enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication from your Account security settings.
- Logging out after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
- Never sharing your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
- Ensuring that your registered mobile number and email address remain under your exclusive control.
heybazi accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or where you have voluntarily shared your credentials with a third party.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the heybazi support team immediately at support@heybazi. We will temporarily suspend the Account pending a security investigation.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All Account transactions are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). heybazi does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which heybazi bears no responsibility.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ৳500.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your Balance within 60 seconds in normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to appear.
- You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will trigger a full AML review.
- heybazi reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of the payment method used before processing a withdrawal linked to that method.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible (same-source rule).
- Withdrawals are ordinarily processed the same business day for requests submitted before 20:00 BST. Requests submitted after 20:00 BST will be processed the following business day.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to AML and KYC checks. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays.
- heybazi reserves the right to limit, delay, or decline a withdrawal where the Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
- Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be deducted from any withdrawal request that would otherwise reduce your Balance below the required wagering threshold.
Anti-Money Laundering: heybazi is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. All transactions are monitored for unusual patterns. Where suspicious activity is detected, heybazi is obligated to report this to the relevant authorities and may freeze or close the associated Account without prior notice.
Bonuses & Promotions
heybazi offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general conditions set out in this section.
- Bonus offers are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the individual promotion terms. heybazi reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus.
- Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion's dedicated terms page.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds that remain unwagered at expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different Accounts or payment methods constitute a breach of these Terms.
- heybazi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after Bonus Funds have been credited but before the Wagering Requirement is completed, heybazi will credit an equivalent in-play bonus at its discretion.
- Bonuses may only be used to wager on games and markets specified in the individual promotion terms. Stakes placed on excluded games will not contribute to Wagering Requirement completion.
- heybazi monitors accounts for abuse of bonus terms, including systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine play. heybazi reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and derived winnings where bonus abuse is identified.
Seasonal Promotions
heybazi runs seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar — including BPL season reload bonuses, Eid cashback offers, Pohela Boishakh free spins, and IPL parlay boosts. All promotional terms are published in English on the relevant promotion page and are subject to these general bonus conditions.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the heybazi Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. General rules applicable to all betting and gaming activity are set out below.
Sports Betting
- Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the official result reported by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute, the Operator's decision on settlement is final.
- Pre-match bets are accepted until the stated market closing time for each event. Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability and may be suspended at any time at the Operator's discretion.
- Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds at which the bet will be settled.
- Minimum stake: ৳50 per bet. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed within the betting interface.
- In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific event rules published on the Platform at the time the market was opened.
- heybazi reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, at clearly incorrect odds, or where the Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing or corrupt activity.
Casino and Specialty Games
- All casino games (slots, live casino tables, specialty games including Bingo Fishing and Super Keno) use certified RNG or live-dealer technology supplied by approved game providers.
- Game rules, paytables, and RTP information are available within each game's information or help panel. Players are advised to review this information before playing.
- heybazi is not responsible for any technical malfunction occurring within the game software supplied by a third-party provider. In the event of a proven game malfunction that produces an unintended outcome, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.
- Players must not use any automated betting tools, scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the heybazi Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
- Fraudulent activity: Providing false, misleading, or stolen personal information during registration or KYC; using fraudulent payment instruments; attempting to charge back legitimate deposits after receiving winnings.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any alias, for any purpose including bonus abuse.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw proceeds of illegal activity, or to obscure the source of funds.
- Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets using material non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or acting in concert with any person involved in fixing the result of a sporting event.
- Bonus abuse: Creating multiple Accounts, using payment methods registered to other persons, or employing systematic low-risk wagering patterns to exploit promotional offers in bad faith.
- Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players at live casino tables or in any competitive game mode with the intent of gaining an unfair financial advantage over other participants or the house.
- Hacking and interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's infrastructure, circumventing security measures, or introducing malicious code.
- Underage access: Registering or attempting to register as a player while under 18 years of age, or facilitating the access of a minor to the Platform.
Account Closure & Suspension
heybazi reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Operator determines that:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any stage.
- The Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
- The Player is or has become ineligible to use the Platform (e.g., underage, self-excluded).
- An ongoing regulatory, AML, or KYC investigation requires access to be restricted.
- The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
Where an Account is closed for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the most recently used eligible withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to AML checks. Bonus Funds will not be returned in any closure scenario.
Players wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the heybazi support team at support@heybazi. Self-exclusion requests (for responsible gaming purposes) are processed immediately via the Account settings panel and cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected exclusion period.
Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. heybazi reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance deduction of ৳200 to dormant Account Balances after written notice to the Player's registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and completing a transaction.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, heybazi's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
heybazi shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental:
- Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated winnings.
- Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions outside heybazi's direct control.
- Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.
- Losses resulting from the Player acting on information published on the Platform that is found to contain inaccuracies not caused by heybazi's own negligence.
- Losses caused by events beyond heybazi's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil disturbances, or failure of third-party infrastructure providers.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit heybazi's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by the Operator's own negligence, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. heybazi does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
Amendments to Terms
heybazi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantially alters your rights or obligations as a Player — heybazi will provide at least seven (7) days' prior written notice to your registered email address before the change takes effect.
Where a change is minor or administrative in nature (for example, the correction of a typographical error, clarification of existing language, or an update required by a change in applicable law or regulation), heybazi may implement the change immediately without prior notice.
The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at /terms-conditions on the heybazi Platform, together with the effective date of the current version. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept an amended version of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect. Any Balance in your Account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The parties agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved through heybazi's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed independent arbitrator.
heybazi operates a formal complaints procedure. If you have a complaint relating to your Account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other aspect of the Platform, please submit a written complaint to support@heybazi with the subject line "Formal Complaint". All complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours (BST) and investigated within 14 business days. heybazi will provide a written response to every formal complaint received.

If you are dissatisfied with heybazi's response to a formal complaint, you may seek independent legal advice or pursue alternative dispute resolution through a recognised third-party dispute resolution body. heybazi is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and transparently.
